PLEASE NOTE:
To save your spot for your dog in one of our Board & Train sessions, you will need to pay your deposit at the time of booking.
If you are booked for a board & train and need to move your date to another time that works for your family, please call our office at 615-969-6102. This will be at no additional cost to you.
If you are cancelling altogether, then we charge a $500.00 cancellation fee if it is less than one week before their training begins. If we can fill your spot with someone on our waiting list then we will refund your cancellation fee. Thank you for understanding.
In the event of a medical emergency; we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we can't contact you, Karen Oler or any team member of Thurman's Place will seek veterinary care for your pet.
