Please remember the following information when booking: Our van route for the next day is planned the evening before. You will receive a text the evening before pick-up/drop-off with that timeframe. We highly discourage booking our van service on days of your travel to eliminate any unforeseen delays interrupting your plans. Requested timeframes cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request when given.
In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we cannot contact you then Karen Oler or a team member of Thurman's Place will seek veterinary care for your pet.
